Attach the charms & beads to each of the safety pins, closing them once full. Then take the elastic and cut in half. Thread one piece of the elastic through the top end of the pins and the other piece through the bottom, making sure you keep all the beads facing the same way. Once all the pins are strung onto the elastic, knot the ends loosely together. Put the bracelet on and adjust to fit, making sure it is not too tight. Tie the ends together to secure.
