Description
Finger strengthening exercises will enhance strength, dexterity and suppleness in the hands and fingers. This will build tone and increase longevity in the hand and finger muscles. With good hand dexterity children can perform tasks more effectively and have more control of their hand movements like using a pencil, crayon or marker to draw.
