FAQ:

Q: What are AHA and BHA in this toner and what do they do?

A: AHA (Glycolic Acid) and BHA (Salicylic Acid) are chemical exfoliants. AHA works on the skin's surface to remove dead cells for a brighter complexion, while BHA penetrates pores to clear out impurities and reduce blackheads and acne.

Q: Is this product suitable for sensitive skin?

A: While it is formulated to be gentle, it contains active exfoliating ingredients. We recommend starting with 2-3 times a week to allow your skin to adjust.

Q: How does this toner help my skin's pH level?

A: The toner is designed to balance the skin's natural pH, which can be disrupted by cleansing. A balanced pH ensures your skin barrier is healthy and better able to absorb subsequent skincare products like serums and moisturizers.

Q: Can I use this product during the day in the Middle East sun?

A: Yes, but because it contains exfoliants like AHA and BHA, it increases sun sensitivity. It is essential to apply a high-SPF sunscreen every morning when using this product.
