This workbook is part of the Little Hand Helper series and is designed to help preschoolers develop scissor skills, hand-eye coordination, and early readiness skills. It contains over 80 cut-and-paste exercises that help children practice cutting shapes and then matching or pasting them into the correct places. The back half of the book often includes pages of shapes that children can cut out and use in the main activity pages.
Activities also incorporate other early learning elements such as counting, matching, beginning sounds, story order, etc. The book encourages "cut 'em out, match 'em up, stick 'em on! " as a fun, interactive format.
