Uhu POR quick-setting special adhesive for bonding expanded polystyrene. Suitable for expanded polysterene, e.g. Styropor also in combination with other materials, e.g. wood, paper, metal, ceramic, plaster, fabric and various plastics.
Before Use: Working conditions - Do not use at temperatures below +5 degree C. Surface requirements - The surface must be dry, clean and free of dust and grease.
During Use: Directions for use - The adhesive is normally applied to both surfaces. The period of adhesion depends on the quantity of adhesive applied and the absorption capacity of the material for bonding. Firm adhesion is obtained between 5 and 20 minutes after application. The correct moment for joining has been reached when the adhesive, gently touched with the fingertips, has become touch-dry (so-called finger test). Advice - As this adhesive needs moisture for hardening, the process can be speeded up by breathing on one of the parts of the assembly. The hardening process may take longer if humidity is low.
