My Thoughts And Me

My Thoughts and Me is a reassuring children's picture book that helps young readers understand and manage difficult thoughts and emotions. Using simple language and warm illustrations, it explains that everyone experiences negative thoughts sometimes, but those thoughts do not define who they are.

The book introduces practical, age-appropriate strategies such as positive self-talk, mindfulness, and talking to a trusted adult, helping children build emotional resilience, confidence, and self-awareness. It is an excellent resource for parents, caregivers, and teachers to encourage conversations about mental wellbeing.
