For added reassurance, the drinking spout contains BACSHIELD antibacterial technology with silver-ion technology, preventing unwanted bacterial growth. All materials are BPA, BPS, PVC, Phthalate, and Nitrosamine free, with independent lab testing showing a 99.9% reduction in bacteria after 24 hours. The semisoft spout contains silver phosphate glass.
