Sarchio chickpea flour is gluten free. Chickpeas (Cicer arietinum L.) are a pulse used in ancient times, mainly as a dry ingredient. Sarchio chickpea flour is made by simply grinding the hulled chickpeas.It is a characteristic pale yellow colour and can be used in a variety of recipes.
