Gastroback Vita Fresh is particularly effective for juicing green leafy vegetables, herbs, grasses and berries that often cannot be juiced so well in centrifugal juicers. Powerful 200 watt motor enables juicing of firm vegetables such as carrots and beetroot as well as fibrous ingredients such as celery and ginger. Ideal for a variety of recipes and dietary needs, juice can also be prepared as a base for sorbets and smoothies.
Slow cold pressing process with 50 revolutions per minute, reduces heat development and oxidation during juicing, the healthy nutrients, vitamins, enzymes and minerals are optimally preserved.
