Chamomile essential oil is extracted from the flowers and stalk of the Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis) plant and has a sweet fruity herbaceous aroma. Chamomile is widely known for its calming and soothing properties but can be used to treat a host of ailments from insomnia to skin irritations.
