Zen Yoga offers a broad selection of wellness classes to choose from. These include several styles of Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Prenatal & Postnatal Classes, in addition to Kid’s Yoga and Mummy & Me classes. Our highly qualified instructors are accustomed to teaching all levels of physical fitness. Yoga & Mat Pilates class is based on systematic mat and equipment based exercises. Each class is designed to improve your posture, core strength, flexibility, muscle tone/contouring and body awareness. This is done by focusing on core stability, including pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilization, neutral alignment and patterned breathing. Pilates mat classes aid in restoring the natural curves of the spine, relieving tension and enhancing self-confidence.
