Aim to brush at least twice a day, for 2 minutes. To use, wet the bristles and apply a smear of Brush-Baby toothpaste. Check bristles before each use and replace toothbrush head if damaged or when bristles become worn. Toothbrush heads should be replaced minimum every 3 months and after illness, to avoid reinfection.
