The importance of this book lies in the fact that it is the first Arabic content to address administrative and organizational games. It is the product of research and exploration, reading and translation, linking and summarizing more than 140 references, including books, articles, examinations, and studies. The book consists of four interconnected parts. The first, entitled "Know," covers the concept of administrative and organizational games. The second part of the book addresses how administrative and organizational games are created. The third part, which is the most interesting part of this book, lists 42 administrative and organizational games. Each game includes the time limit for its implementation, the appropriate number of players, the participants, the objective of the administrative or organizational game, and a simplified explanation of the game. The final part, entitled "Beware," addresses the controversy between supporters and opponents of administrative and organizational games. It explains the pros and cons of employing administrative and organizational games in educational and training programs.
