This coffee is grown on high quality estates in the coffee-growing regions of So Paulo and Minas Gerais. This big, beautiful Brazilian roast is like sinking your teeth into a hazelnut praline. First it unleashes a hit of hazelnut and chocolate - then the sweetness kicks in, offering up flavors of cinder toffee and caramel. Finally, a gentle note of malt softens that sweetness, leaving a moreish, velvety finish.
