To determine your correct size, choose Regular if your bra size is a C cup or smaller and your areola measures less than 4.6 cm. Choose XL if your bra size is a C cup or larger and your areola measures 4.6 cm or more. The most important measurement is the areola size, as this is where the cups sit. If your bra size and areola size fall into different categories, go by the areola measurement. Since breasts and areolas tend to grow during pregnancy and milk production, it's generally better to size up if you're in between. Even if you purchase the original size but technically need the XL, there's no need to worry-the original size still works well for most and will function as intended.
To use Silverette with the O-Feel ring, gently press the O-Feel onto your Silverette cup without forcing it. After each breastfeeding session, express a couple of drops of breast milk into each cup and place them over your nipples like a cupping glass. Keep the cups on as much as possible between feeds, but remember to remove them before breastfeeding. Do not use any other nipple treatments in conjunction with Silverette, as this could affect their effectiveness.
