Description
The Brow Shape & Fill is a dual ended pencil containing a retractable brow pencil at one end and a powder at the other. The pencil end is to define the outer shape of the brows while the soft powder end is for filling in. The pencil has quite a hard and dry texture it is perfect for brow products.
