The Maxi-Cosi Pearl Smart i-Size is a toddler car seat that should be used in combination with the FamilyFix One i-Size or FamilyFix2 i-Size base. The toddler car seat is suitable from approximately 6 months to 4 years old (9-18 kg, 67-105 cm). Pearl Smart i-Size allows for rearward-facing travel up to 105 cm (approximately 4 years) for enhanced protection of head and neck, which makes this rear-facing car seat i-Size (R129) compliant. Interactive feedback on the base minimises the chance of wrong installation. Easily install the FamilyFix One i-Size or FamilyFix2 i-Size base into your car. Once this Maxi-Cosi ISOFIX base correctly installed, its icons will light up and a confirming sound will approve the correct installation. Simply click Pearl Smart i-Size onto the base and you will receive a final visual/audible confirmation when correctly installed. The ISOFIX anchorages on the base provide a secure connection to your car for the safest, easiest and quickest way to install a car seat. This Maxi-Cosi i-Size compliant car seat can be installed both rear- and forward facing and offers recline positions from sitting to sleeping. Its harness and headrest simultaneously adjust in height for easy adjustment when your toddler grows.
