All printers are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defect only.
The warranty is valid only when original inks or toner cartridges are used. Use of compatible, refilled cartridges will void the warranty.
Printers are supplied with starter cartridge. Once these are depleted, customers are required to purchase new toner/cartridges.
Opened and used printers cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are considered non-sellable items once installed or used.
