A trio of seeds bring the benefits: the essential fatty acids in chia, sunflower and linseeds contribute to normal blood cholesterol levels. But were fond of the best flavours too. Whole brown-skinned Californian almonds, halved peanuts, and crisp puffs of rice, are gently mixed in and lightly baked in our Makery. Sweet and chewy.
