A newly established institution concerned with the dissemination of knowledge, and uses several media and templates of paper, electronic and audio publication. It also aims to exchange cultures, and therefore places a high priority on translation, so it takes it upon itself to translate everything it publishes into English and distribute it in the United States of America and Europe, according to understandings of cooperation with foreign distribution houses.
