Returns and Refunds
What do I do if my item is damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry, we’ve got you. Just go to My Account > My Orders, choose your order, and click Return Items.

Select item, reason, and quantity. Continue, pick a pickup date and refund method, then confirm., and we’ll take care of the rest, fast

What is the return window for an item?

You can return most items within 14 days, as long as they’re unopened and in their original condition. For more details, check out our Returns Policy.

Note: Products shipped internationally can only be returned if they’re defective and inspected first.

How long do refunds take after I return an item?

Once your return is collected, you’ll get an SMS within 12–24 hours confirming that your refund is being processed.

Refunds go back to your original payment method or can be added to your Mumzworld Wallet, the choice is yours.

If you paid Cash on Delivery, your refund will go straight to your Wallet.

What if I receive an item with a manufacturing defect?

We’re so sorry that happened. Please reach out to our team within 24 hours with your order details and a photo or video of the defect. We’ll take care of it right away.

Orders
How can I track my order, understand its status, and know when it will arrive?

Here’s what each status means:

  • Processing – Your order is confirmed and is being prepared.
  • Shipped – It’s on its way! You’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details.
  • Delivered – It’s safely in your hands.
  • Canceled – The order was canceled.
  • Closed – The order was returned and a refund is underway.

Track your order anytime via My Orders in your account or through the tracking link we sent. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Delivery Time Estimates:

  • UAE:2–3 working days
  • GCC:5–10 working days
Can I change the delivery address or cancel my order/item after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to our team and we’ll do our best to help.

Once it’s on its way, we can no longer make changes, but you can still return it according to our policy.

Note: For local orders, cancellations aren’t possible once confirmed and shipped.

Why are some items missing from my order?

Go to your App and click on My Orders in your account to check the status.

If it says delivered but you're missing items, please contact us and we'll sort it out right away.

How can I change my email, home address, or password?

Easy! Log into your Mumzworld account:

  • To update your email or phone number, go to My Profile.
  • To change your address, go to Delivery Addresses.
  • To reset your password, just follow the instructions from the login page.
Can I redeem a voucher from "you got a gift"?

To unsubscribe, open any Mumzworld email, scroll to the bottom, and click the "unsubscribe" link

How do I opt out of marketing emails?

Your gift from your beloveds is ready—redeem it now!

Once redeemed in your wallet, the gift card balance is available immediately for purchases

How can I remove my credit card details?

Log into your account, go to 'Profile' > 'Saved Cards', then click 'Delete' to remove your saved card details.

Promotions & Gift Services
How can I get and use coupon codes or gift certificates?

Getting coupons: Subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on social media, or check the app for the latest deals.

Using a code: Enter it at checkout or tap View Coupons to apply.

When will my gift card be ready?

Once you purchase a gift card and your order is complete, the card will land in your email within 24 hours and be ready to use right away

Can I redeem a voucher from "You Got a Gift"?

Log in to the Mumzworld app, go to "My Wallet," select "Redeem Now," enter the gift code, and the balance will be added for use.

Do you offer gift-wrapping services?

Yes, we do, for selected items. You can choose gift wrapping at checkout for a small additional fee.

What is Mumzworld Wallet?

Mumzworld Wallet is your digital balance linked to your account. You can use it for purchases and manage your redeemed funds with ease.

Note: Wallet balance is valid for 6 months from the refund date.

What payment options are available?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Tabby, and Tamara. Cash on Delivery is available in select countries. Click here for more details.

We show them so you can check the details and plan ahead. You might also be able to get a back-in-stock alert.

How can I identify a scam?

Mumzworld will never ask for your personal info, passwords, or payment details via phone, email, or message. If something feels off, don’t click on anything just contact us so we can look into it.

Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product is unopened and in original condition. Please check our Returns Policy for more details. Click here to fill out our return form. Products shipped internationally are not eligible for return unless they are defective. In such cases, the item will need to be inspected first.
