The bag is a perfect size, not too big and not too small. I put milk and ice underneath, and sometimes a hot water bottle to warm the milk bags and bottle. On top, I put my cordless breast pump, and there's an external pocket for milk storage bags from the same brand. It's practical for travel and work. I recommend it.
