الكوب لا يخرج منه الماء نهائيًا منذ أن استلمته، ولم يتم استخدامه أصلًا. في البداية ظننت أن المشكلة ربما لأن طفلي لا يعرف كيفية استخدامه، لذلك جربته بنفسي، لكن حتى أنا لم أستطع إخراج الماء منه. يبدو أن الكوب به عيب ولا يعمل بشكل صحيح The water hasn’t come out of the cup at all since I received it. I initially thought maybe my baby just didn’t know how to use it, but I tried it myself and the water still doesn’t come out. The cup is clearly defective and unusable.

I didn't like the straw opening; it requires a lot of effort to suck on it to get the milk or juice out. It's very strong and seems blocked, which is unsuitable.
