It's lightweight, and there's no padding at the chest to protect the child's chest. I tried adding black foam, but it didn't stick. The backrest isn't high enough, so if the child leans their head back, they could hit something like a wall. However, the stroller is small, so its dimensions would be suitable if your apartment is small and has small doorways. That's its only advantage.
