Each Panadol Cold & Flu All-in-One tablet contains a triple-action blend of 250mg Paracetamol for pain and fever, 100mg Guaifenesin as an expectorant to clear chesty mucus, and 5mg Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, a decongestant for nasal stuffiness. For adults and children 12 and over, take two tablets every four hours. Do not exceed eight tablets in 24 hours. Always refer to the product label.
