- A Lorena Canals rug is for life, to make it last longer, we recommend that you follow these wash and care tips:
- Check your WASHER’S DRUM CAPACITY depending on the size of the rug.
- If your washer is too small, opt for professional cleaning.
- Make sure to CLEAN THE FILTERS of your washing machine and tumble dryer after use as, normally, wool rugs shed fibers.
- Made with natural fibers.
- This may cause slight shedding for a while, especially after the first washes.
- This process will decrease over time, as the rug gets vacuumed (always on low to moderate suction mode).
- Folding wrinkles will gradually smooth after laying the rug on the floor allowing for the fibers to naturally adapt.
- However, you can put the rug in the dryer to speed the process before first-time use.
- NON-TOXIC DYES.
- Color shades may vary slightly, especially if the fiber is undyed.
- SAFE.
- This product is non-toxic and complies with all quality and safety regulations for children.

### Description

A soft, shaped cotton rug, the Sea Turtle rug is tufted in a hexagonal pattern simulating the geometric shell by combining high and low piles in natural color. Head, paws and tail are tufted in short and medium olive green piles, altogether creating the silhouette of a charming sea turtle.

Machine wash the rug (capacity 6kg or more) separately using a delicate, 30ºC program without whitening.

Use a mild detergent, and do not use softeners.

Select low centrifuge speed if the rug has braids, fringes or pom poms. Do not leave the wet rug in the washer, as colors may run or stain.

Tumble dry at low temperature. Avoid drying in the sun.

Don't worry if lint appears, as this is residue fiber produced from cutting the cotton. During the first few days, it is advisable to sweep the rug with a soft brush in the direction of the plush, and then it is recommended to use the vacuum cleaner. Do not use robot vaccum cleaners, nor vacuum cleaners with beater bars.

Should you find any long or loose threads, cut these using a pair of scissors. Never pull a thread.
