I recommend it to everyone. It really helped me a lot while I was in the hospital after giving birth and getting stitches. My method of use: I bought postpartum sanitary pads that you wear completely like babies, then I put on their cooling pads, wipes, and foam. It cools and feels really comfortable, honestly, but it only lasts for about half an hour. It's very good for use in the morning and before bed. (They included 4 cooling pads, which isn't enough, but twice a day or once before bed is fine.) When you finish the cooling pads, put on a pad and apply wipes with a little foam. It cools and feels really comfortable because even the wipes are cool. Thank God, I was able to walk around.
