Frequently Asked Questions
Q: At what age should I lower the mattress base height?
A: It is recommended to use the highest setting for newborns. Once your baby can sit up or push themselves up on their hands and knees, you should move the base to the middle or lowest setting for safety.
Q: Is the conversion kit included with the cot?
A: Yes, the design allows you to remove the side rails to transition into the toddler bed configuration using the existing components provided in the box.
Q: What size mattress do I need for this cot?
A: This cot is specifically designed to fit a standard 120 x 60 cm mattress. Please ensure the mattress fits snugly with no more than a 3cm gap at the edges.
Q: Is the paint used on the white frame non-toxic?
A: Absolutely. Bumble & Bird uses child-safe, non-toxic finishes that meet international safety standards, ensuring a healthy environment for your baby.
Q: How do I clean and maintain the wooden frame?
A: Maintenance is simple; just wipe the wooden surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish.
