It does do the work it supposed to do. However I have some points regarding it, first the pillow isn't high enough to breastfeed without bending my back, any time I use it I need to put another pillow under it to adjust the height The support part in the back is too soft that it bends and does not really provide needed support, I use an extra pillow if i want to rest my back Nevertheless, it is much better than the regular C shaped pillow, and it does do the work due to its size and flat surface
