Customers like how well the device cleans hard floors and tiles. However, several mention it struggles with carpets, often leaving them damp and requiring a separate dry vacuum for best results, making it less convenient on soft surfaces.

It's good for tiles, but for carpets, it's not suitable for daily use. It's essential to have a dry vacuum cleaner at home because when I select the carpet icon on the device, it doesn't dry completely. The device is for wet cleaning, whether for carpets or hard surfaces, so the carpet will remain damp for about an hour before drying.
