The worst vacuum cleaner ever! It has so many flaws: it's so heavy it hurt my back and hands, and the water comes out dirty no matter how much I clean it, whether it's on the floors or carpets. It comes with a lot of cleaning pads that need to be dried before using the dry cleaner, and the cleaning solution is useless and has no scent. It's a terrible vacuum cleaner.
