Customers like the educational intent behind the cards. However, they are disappointed by the paper material, the lack of repeated letters, and the absence of different letter forms needed to create multiple example words for learning.

The cards are paper and can be worn out with frequent use. They don't have repeated letters, so you can't form more than one word with them. Ideally, there should be three words, each showing the different forms of the letter within a word—for example, the letter 'ayn' at the beginning, middle, and end of a word. This allows the child to form three words in front of them, encompassing the different forms of the letter.
