Every person who wrote a negative comment is mistaken because they didn't read the instructions. You're supposed to wait 48 hours for it to inflate, and it really did. It's the best thing I've bought, and I didn't waste a single riyal on it. 🙂♥️♥️♥️ The delivery was fast, in two days, and the packaging was excellent. A great feature is that you can remove the cover and wash the pillow. The pillow is soft, but not so soft that it deflates and loses its inflatness over time.

Different from the picture, there's not enough padding, it's almost empty, the support is very weak.
