The wood is easily damaged and lightweight, so it wobbles when you move the bed from one place to another. When my daughter turned a year and a half old, she started standing on the rail, and I tried turning the rail upside down so the side that's higher up against the wall would be better, but she still stands on it and tries to jump on it 😭. But the bed does the job, and it can also be used as a playpen and put in the living room for a while.
