The product is excellent and exceeded expectations, but your shortcoming lies in the inadequate packaging to protect it from dust and similar items. The doll arrived with some dust and minor scratches around the eyes. While it's true you placed it in a cardboard box with a breakage warning sticker, in my opinion, the product should have been secured and protected with air bags and then wrapped in a sturdy plastic bag. I usually order less expensive items from Chinese apps, and my orders are always well-protected and fully packaged. Unfortunately, my experience makes me hesitant to purchase from you again.
