Start at the beginning of your pregnancy, smoothen a generous amount of oil on your belly, thigh, breasts and bottom twice daily. Take the skin between thumb and forefinger and pluck gently. Towards the end of the pregnancy, do a light stroking massage only.

This will be the second time I purchase this oil for my twin pregnancy. I love that the oil dries and you can confidently wear your clothes without the fear of getting the dreaded “oil stains”. I’ve tried the Bio oil and broke out into hives each time I used it, with this frei oil. I’ve had no problems and no stretch marks.
