Wonderful, soft and durable cotton, which means it is very comfortable for the baby. It can be taken apart, washed and put back together easily. My son won’t sleep except in it, whether next to me on the couch or even if he sleeps in his bed, I have to put the mattress in the bed for him to sleep on it. I went and took it with me to my parents’ house. In addition to the mattress, I also got a baby pillow from here and it was very comfortable with the mattress. My son is 3 months old and I expect it will be enough for him until 4 months and maybe 5 months.
