Everything freezes, the vibration doesn't work properly, and I can't play music while the vibration is on; it keeps cutting out.

I don't recommend it; I didn't need it. It's better to get a lightweight portable baby carrier where you just place the baby in front of you. Anything with rocking motion isn't good, and it's best if they don't get used to it at all.
