#### One of Few Vitamins Available Specific to Teen Girls

I have recently introduced these to my you g teenage daughter. They are a pill vs the chewable form available to kids. My daughter doesn’t like them as much as the chewable and finds them large to swallow. That said, it is one of the few multivitamins I’ve found targeting teen girls needs specifically.
