I haven't tried it yet, but I bought it as part of my baby's preparations. I read that it's used while breastfeeding the baby from the other breast, or when your breast is engorged. You fill it with warm water and Epsom salt and place it on the breast so that the water touches the breast and the engorgement comes off immediately.

The product is great. Place it on the other breast while your baby is breastfeeding. You can also use it while you are outside. Collect your milk and store it. It would be a shame if he throws it away.

It's excellent and easy to use, gives you freedom of movement, and isn't restricted to one place. It's also easy to clean, but it can come loose and spill milk. I recommend buying the chain that wraps around it to avoid accidents and wasting milk after all that effort.
