### Description

Experience soothing relief and essential comfort during your pregnancy and breastfeeding journey with Bodyice Woman Ice and Heat Therapy Breasts Packs. This dual-action maternity care product is perfect for those tender moments. Each set contains two innovative gel bead breast packs and two soft, protective breast sleeves for gentle application inside your bra.

For Cold Therapy, freeze the packs for about two hours or submerge in icy water. For warming Heat Therapy, submerge in hot water or microwave for short bursts based on your wattage: 20 seconds for 700W, 15 seconds for 1000W, or 10 seconds for 1200W. Always test the temperature first. Place the packs in the protective sleeves and apply inside your bra for the medically recommended 20 minutes. Simply clean them with warm soapy water.

I bought this for to cool and ease my breast pain, however the cooking only last for 5 minutes. I’ve tried putting it in the freezer overnight but still the same result.
