Making sparkling water at home has never been this elegant. The Aarke Carbonator 3 is designed from the inside out to be the slimmest, most compact sparkling water maker. The most striking new feature is the redesigned precision nozzle, which is CNC-machined from a single piece of stainless steel. The result is a beautifully polished nozzle that produces a smooth, controlled spray beam. Forget the plastic soda makers of the past - when it comes down to performance, environmental impact, and standing the test of time, its no contest.

The result is a beautifully polished nozzle that produces a smooth, controlled spray beam., Updated Damper-Controlled Lever, and End Cap The levers movement is newly regulated by a rotational damper that allows for a more controlled release of pressure within the bottle., As easy as 1,2,3!

Fill the Aarke water bottle to the "fill line" that is marked on the bottle. Be sure to only use pure water and never try to carbonate any other liquids. The water can be any temperature but we recommend refrigerated water as it takes the gas better., Simply screw the bottle onto the machine until it is tight., Carbonate, To carbonate the water you simply pull down the handle and you will see the gas release into the bottle. You hold down the handle until you hear a sort of "burp" sound... that means it is complete and you simply release the handle. This process can be done in as quick as 2 seconds. Timing depends a little bit on how full your C02 tank is., If you are looking for more bubbles in your water you can repeat this step as many as 2 more times ... everyone's preference is different. Try one pull and then see if that slight / soft bubble works for you; if not kick it up with another pull. Enjoy!, Unscrew the bottle and enjoy the bubbles., If you want to add some flavour; do so only in the glass or a carafe and not in the aarke carbonating bottle. Need more bottles? Each machine comes with one (1) of our PET plastic bottles in the box. We highly recommend having 2-3 bottles depending on the size of your household. The Co2 gas gets absorbed to cold water better so we suggest refrigerating the water prior. Extra bottles are available as a separate purchase., Also note that PET bottles all have expiration dates on them. They should never we put in a dishwasher and they need to be replaced every couple of years.

How Does It Work?, No Batteries, No messy Power Cords ... How does it work? , The Aarke Sparkling Water Maker is powered by a Co2 cylinder that you screw into the machine. The pressurized gas is released and it is what brings life to the machine and provides your water with the sparkle you desire. Our machines DOES NOT come with a Co2 cylinder. This must be purchased separately if you do not already have one. When you first buy a cylinder(s) it costs a little more money; but after the initial purchase you are then refilling (exchanging) the cylinder and the cost is cut in half.

We also recommend owning 2 of these cylinders so when one goes empty you give yourself a little time to exchange it as your using the 2nd one. Think of it like the propane tank and your BBQ.
